How can I request a demo?

You can easily make an appointment using our contact form. We will be happy to show you how you can benefit from Cultivision's harvest forecasts. There is currently no web interface available. Instead, you will receive your results directly by e-mail - as an Excel or CSV file.

How long does it take for you to reply?

We will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours. Please understand that there may be longer response times at seasonal peak times.

Do you offer personal consultation appointments?

Yes, we usually start with a free initial online consultation. If you wish or if it is necessary, we will also be happy to visit you on site. However, on-site appointments are usually subject to a fee.

Is technical support available?

Yes, our team will be happy to support you. We currently offer help with setup and individual questions on an hourly payment basis. At the same time, we are developing an initial product version that you can purchase for an annual fee. This already contains a comprehensive service package, including technical support.

How is our data protected?

Your data is safe with us. We will never pass it on without your express consent. Right from the start, you can decide whether you want to share your data with the community or keep it to yourself.
If you decide not to share, your data will of course remain private - but you will not be able to benefit from the shared data.
